IT supporter (f/m) – Maintenance & Helpdesk

Location Hamburg

 

Responsibilities

  • First-level and second-level support
  • User support by phone and ticket system (JIRA)
  • Troubleshooting problems
  • Preparing and implementing of proposed solutions
  • Testing of fixed software issues, keeping SLAs in mind
  • Technical support of customers for system integration with shipping terminals, depots, port authorities, customs, etc.
  • Coordination and installations on customer systems
  • Support of our quality management in creating internal support standards

Qualifications

  • Education as an IT specialist (f/m), computer scientist in technology (f/m) or a comparable training
  • Experience in technical support for ERP systems
  • Experience with SQL databases (queries)
  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and in writing
  • Strong service mentality, strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • First experiences with the ticket system JIRA (Atlassian) are desirable
  • Industry experience in logistics/shipping is an advantage
