IT Supporter (m/f/d) - Maintenance & Helpdesk

Location Hamburg



  • First and second level support
  • User support by telephone and ticket system (JIRA)
  • Problem reception, troubleshooting and analysis
  • Creation and implementation of proposed solutions
  • Testing of fixed software issues with regard to SLAs
  • Technical customers support for system integration with container terminals, depots, port authorities, customs etc.
  • Support of QA in the set-up of internal support standards


  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or similar education as IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or technical computer scientist (m/f/d)
  • Experience in technical support for ERP systems 
  • Knowledge of SQL databases (queries)
  • First experiences with the ticket system JIRA (Atlassian) are desirable
  • Industry experience in logistics / shipping is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of English, spoken and in writing
  • Strong service mentality, strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
