Office Management / Assistant (m/f/d) - part-time (30 hours)

You and the role

You are a true organisational talent, have the office organisation firmly under control, show initiative and always keep a clear head even in stressful situations. You shape processes with your own input and take on internal projects.

You are responsible for the administrative and organisational support of the People & Culture department and the accounting department and are the contact person for our employees. As an assistant, you also support the management in classic secretarial tasks.

You ensure that our office and our meeting rooms make an excellent impression at all times and provide a high quality of service, employee satisfaction and a good working atmosphere.

With several years of experience in a similar role, you are motivated and ready to take on a role with varied and challenging tasks.

You have routine with MS Office applications, a completed commercial education and a pronounced hands-on mentality. Your sense of responsibility, your absolute reliability and your friendliness make you a real team player.

You have a confident and engaging manner and feel comfortable communicating in German and English (written and spoken).
