System administrator / Technical Support (m/f/d)
Location Hamburg
Responsibilities
- Control and optimization of installation routines and processes
- Coordination and setup of customer installations (remote)
- First and second level support by phone and ticket app JIRA, mainly in English
- Technical support of customers during system integration with terminals, depots, port authorities, customs, etc.
Qualifications
- Completed education as an IT specialist (m/f/d), Technical Computer Scientist (m/f/d) or similar
- Experience with MS-SQL databases and IIS Web servers
- Experience in technical support for ERP and complex IT systems
- Good knowledge of Citrix, RDS and Microsoft Server (2008 R2 and later) is a bonus
- Very good command of German and English spoken and in writing
- A strong team spirit, independent, structured working method, excellent communication skills, analytic thinking
